The short version
We collect the information you type into our funding application, we use it to respond to your inquiry and match you with financing options, and we do not sell it. That's the whole model. The rest of this page is the detail.
What we collect
When you submit the application on this site, we receive the information you provide:
- Your full name and business name
- Your email address and phone number
- The revenue and funding-amount ranges you select
- Anything you choose to write in the optional message field
If you use the email preferences page, we collect the email address you ask us to remove. We do not ask for, and you should not send, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: responding to your funding inquiry. Concretely, that means an advisor reviewing your profile, contacting you by phone or email about it, and — if you want to move forward — sharing relevant details with funding partners in our network so they can evaluate your request and extend offers. Partners receive only what they need to assess a potential financing match.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or marketers.
- We do not use your application details for anything unrelated to your funding inquiry.
- We do not send email to addresses that have opted out through our email preferences page.
Cookies and tracking
This site is intentionally light. We run no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, and no analytics that profile you. Any cookies present are limited to what is technically necessary to serve the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers; no application data is included in those requests.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to your request and for reasonable business record-keeping. If you'd like your details deleted, email us and we will remove them from our active records.
Your choices
You can opt out of email from us at any time on the email preferences page or by writing to danawhitmore@kestano.com. You can also contact us at that address to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted in transit. Internally, access to inquiry data is limited to the people who work on funding requests.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be flagged clearly at the top.
