It describes financing products available through our network of third-party funding partners and lets business owners submit a funding inquiry. By using the site, you accept these terms. 2. Kestano is not a lender

Kestano is a broker. Financing is arranged through a network of third-party funding partners. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of approval, amount, rate, term, or funding speed. All products, amounts, rates, and terms are subject to application, qualification, and underwriting review by the relevant funding partner. Not all applicants will qualify.

3. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Content on this site is general information about financing product categories. It is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it isn't tailored to your situation until an advisor actually reviews your application. Talk to your own professional advisers before taking on any financing.

4. Your application

When you submit an inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to request financing on behalf of the business named. You consent to being contacted about your inquiry by phone and email at the details you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to accept any offer, and it does not obligate Kestano or any partner to extend one.

Funding amounts, approval speeds, and timing shown on this site — such as "$5K–$5M" or "approvals in as little as 24 hours" — describe the ranges available across our partner network in favorable cases. Your actual options depend entirely on your business profile and the underwriting decisions of individual partners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no submitting false or fraudulent applications, no automated scraping or bulk submission, no attempting to probe, disrupt, or overload the site or the systems behind it, and no use of the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Kestano name, logo, site design, and content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site freely; you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

8. Third-party services

Financing offers come from independent third-party funding partners with their own terms, agreements, and disclosures. Those documents — not this website — govern any financing you accept. Read them before you sign.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
